Swastik was founded with a mission to develop an Indian engineering & construction company that would participate in the pioneering challenge of building India's oil & gas infrastructure.

To achieve its mission, Swastik later in 1985 diversified into other areas of manufacturing with specific reference to Chemical Process Equipments like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Towers, Tankages for all Oil and Gas industries within the country associated with the Production, Refining, Distribution and Operation. Swastik also deals with Steel Plant Equipment for major steel industries in the country for the supply of Ladle, Transfer cars, Strip Cooling Systems, Furnace.
Swastik's management, human resource and financial strengths are honed by decades of diverse International experience with a focus on the highest standards of quality, a deep sense of economy and total customer satisfaction. Swastik Heavy Structurals Pvt. Ltd. was established in year 1961 and we have a team of highly experienced engineers and technicians for undertaking major fabrication jobs. Currently we are in the advance stage of fabrication for heavy structurals and piping covering a total tonnage of 2000Tons for M/s. Reliance - JERP project under third inspection agencies such as BVIS and TUV.
In continuation of the same we are necessarily approved by various statutory agencies and inspection agencies like IBR, Chief controller of explosives, Engineers India Limited, MPCB, ABS, Bax Counsel, Bureaus Veritas, L&T;, Mazagon Dock Limited, Central railway, ONGC, Indian Navy etc.
Product
Swastik has been manufacturing equipments as per National & International Codes like IS, BS, ASME etc as required by the Customers. All the products are executed under reputed Third Party Inspection Agencies like Engineers India Ltd., Bureau Veritas Industrial Services, Det Norske Vertias and Project & Development India Ltd.
The material of Construction being used are Carbon Steel, Low Temperature Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, NACE & NACE + HIC.
We are approved by Government Statutory Authorities in India by Chief Controller of Explosives and by Directorate of Steam Boiler under Indian Boiler Regulations Act.
